LFW – Florian Jayet AW 2012 collection
Florian Jayet truly wowed his audience at Freemasons Hall with an array of exceptional and outstanding class. As the lights went down in the elegant setting, onlookers were amazed with extravagant headpieces, bold colours complimented by greys and blacks as well as the most beautiful heeled shoes ever seen. Florian had been inspired by his usual focus of nature, but this time had combined that both with a more historical and tribal approach. Such resemblance was felt through the powerful lined makeup and feathered accessories dominated each models triple pigtail hair styling.
A lot of the pieces saw Florian go back to his original designing ways, using structured pieces for the basis of his work. Two pieces and blazers were apparent such shapely design, but completely brought to life with the collection of shoes which were showcased. Studded heels, embellished sides and additional blocks were added to fronts of shoes, making the striking form and design of the shoes absolutely to die for.
Yellow, blue and grey shades were all complimented by striking silver ring cuffs and the showstopper presented a silver dangling thread head piece delivered with a silk silver maxi, completed with a core body wrap around.
Vauxhall Fashion Scout was the ideal location to present this collection, and certainly proved that Florian has a very promising future ahead of him.
