Deluxe make-up from a Pixi shop

Deluxe make-up from a Pixi shop

Ever wondered where that fairy dust was hidden? The answer is simple: it’s in a small boutique located in Soho, London, called Pixi.

Pixi was launched 10 years ago by make-up artist Petra Strand and her two sisters. It has continued to grow since, now even selling internationally. Pixi sells make-up for all purposes and boasts of its skin treating ingredients. The illuminating tint & concealer is a consumer favourite: it’s a three in one concealer, acting as a moisturiser, sunscreen and illuminator. It provides light coverage with an added tinted moisturiser, which leaves a sparkle on your skin. The concealer is easy to apply as it comes as a ball of solid that can be applied directly to your skin, with your finger or with a brush. It’s easy to blend in.

The tinted moisturiser contains ginseng root extract, which can help revitalise your skin, leaving it to feel refreshed and rejuvenated. It is has an added bonus of being SPF 20, to help keep your skin looking perfect and protected. As if that wasn’t enough, this moisturiser also contains vitamin C to help with anti-aging. The tint and concealer are best used together to give that added highlighted effect but are also great at covering up any of those spots, which may pop up and any blemishes. Oh, and it’s quick to apply. It comes in three shades: Light Glow, Bare Glow and Nude Glow.

This fab product, along with other charming make-treats, can be purchased directly from the Pixi store in London, or from Boots.
