Meet “The Girls” courtesy of the Vintage Cosmetic Company

The Vintage Cosmetic Company is bringing back the beauty, glitz and glamour of the 1950s era by creating cosmetic products for today’s women. Designed around pin-up girls such as the stunning Sheree North, the gorgeous Gloria Grahame and of course the one and only majestic Marilyn Monroe.

Taking centre stage are their strip false eyelashes, inspired from the existing and magical 50s era. The collection know as “The Girls” are fast becoming stars in their own right as each style is designed to suit a variety of vintage looks: Kitty for the glamour puss amongst the crowd; Connie for the more natural look; if you’re lucky enough to have almond-shaped eyes, then Betty was made for you; Nancy lashes create the doll face look and Gracie is simply cute and girly — all gorgeous.

Easy to apply, each with its own adhesive, every one of “The Girls” was created with play in mind. Change your look from one day to the next and have fun! Clare Collard, co-founder of The Vintage Cosmetic Company, said: “with the success of the false eyelashes growing at such a fast pace, it seemed only sensible to extend the range.”  With products in the pipeline including a range of gorgeous make-up brushes, you will be seeing more and more of this vintage-inspired brand in the very near future.

Individual strip lashes retail at £6 and all “The Girls” at £24, from The Vintage Cosmetic website and selected retailers.
