Saving Face’s secret treasures
Dark sexy and glamorous, Saving Face’s tag line is “One lady’s junk is another lady’s treasure!” and what a fabulous notion that is.
The brain behind the company, Tiffany, became inspired to create something unique when she travelled to the vibrant country of Brazil. The culture and free living she experienced there brought her to the idea of making her own handmade jewellery pieces, giving them a story and a heart, mixing vintage ideals with modern trends. From then on she became focused on this wonderful idea and created Saving Face.
All of the pieces are made by hand in Yorkshire – quite a feature if you look through the beautiful and glamorous pieces. Using “pre-loved” jewellery and re-working it, Tiffany uses items which were once loved and cared for by somebody, and gives them a new lease of life with a more modern, refreshed look. By recycling old, unwanted pieces, the label is clearly conscientious when it comes to actively addressing environmental issues.
“Without looking to current trends, each one-off modern heirloom is a statement piece with individuality often more like a garment than accessory,” said Tiffany, explaining her fabulous label further, and I think that is certainly true. Just browsing through the items on the Saving Face website is exciting, from the alluring stand-out No Time to Hide necklace for £119.95, to the quirky and cute flo nightingale Rolo necklace for £6, it seems there’s jewellery to suit a wide spectrum of taste and budget. It ranges from earrings to wedding jewellery to cufflinks, giving you an extensive range of stunning and intriguing pieces to choose from.
Check out the Saving Face website for yourself here and you’ll see that it isn’t hard to find a piece of stunning jewellery that’s right for you and your wallet!
