Olympia Beauty: all things beauty under one roof

For a couple of days at the end of September, industry leaders, educators and experts gather in south west London to showcase to the 23,500 strong crowd the latest and greatest launches and innovations in the beauty and grooming industry at Olympia Beauty.

All Things Nail had a strong presence at the show, carried by the buzz around the nail-art on display at this summer’s Olympics. Brands on display ranged from non-toxic and eco-friendly SpaRitual to Filthy Gorgeous London’s new Broken Moon collection and demonstrations were given by Robert and Vu Nguyen of OPI.

If lashes were more your thing you would have been spoilt for choice from NovaLash promoting its latest developments in lash extensions to quirky lash strip designs courtesy of Paperself. Wandering around you could catch a seminar from the likes of Lopo Champalimaud – CEO of Wahanda on how fledgling beauty businesses can boost takings, to finding long-standing make-up artist for Katie Price Gary Cockerill offering professional training for anyone wishing to learn how to create a glamorous look.

Artistic talent was also on display as the Art of Make-up competition saw unique creations of colour and design on display with the final first place position going to Abbi-Rose Crook.
