Anna-Marie Trzebinski and Walter Stojash showcase fashion show at Jalouse
We were invited to go to the catwalk show of stylists Anna-Marie and Walter Stojash, held in an exclusive location of Jalouse in Mayfair on 5th October 2012. The setting alone was worth the visit as the main room was filled with dim crystal lighting, illuminating marble tables and textured leather seating.
The night was short but sweet. The extravagant setting made the blue-eyed model’s outfits pop out. The flavour was very biker meets military, but with quirky hints of neon brights and unique cuts. Each model strutted in a striking outfit where each garment complemented each other in a way that wasn’t too matchy but still edgy.
The show in under ten outfits illustrated the key trends for the upcoming season: leather, androgyny, school girl and particularly, military. Sheer materials and harem pants were also a feature, which matched with studs and leather, showing how to dress up and down simple pieces.
Just before the show, a pleased and overwhelmed Anna-Marie shared how thankful she was to Walter and the turn out of people there to see their work. She was beautifully dressed in a drop-waist black dress with leather tassels and killer block wedges, showing just how well she can put together an outfit.
