The Music Circle presents Rumble in the Jumble 2
Are you someone that loves finding great designer pieces in London’s finest charity shops? Ever wanted to look through the wardrobes of your favourite celebrities? Then save a space in your diary on Saturday 26th January 2013 for The Music Circle’s Rumble in the Jumble 2.
The Music Circle, Gemma Cairney and Dawn Porter, have organised a massive charity jumble sale at the Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club. The jumble sale includes celebrity donations from Fearne Cotton, Daisy Lowe, Annie Mac, Miles Kane, The Chemical Brothers and many more.
The sale is the second of its kind after a huge success last year that raised an enormous £7,000 for Oxfam. Some attendees were lucky enough to sashay off with Jimmy Carr’s suits at less than £50! More importantly, ALL proceeds go in aid of abused women in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Now you have the perfect opportunity to grab your friends for a great day out filled with celebrity clothes, accessories and even a record stall assembled from DJs and bands’ personal collections.
Want more? How about a pop-up retro hair salon for instant Victory rolls, a nail bar, some familiar faces in a stylist’s corner and of course food, drink and music galore! All you need now is to grab a bag of some jumble to donate and £3 to pay at the door. We are scouring through our closets getting our bags ready. Ready, set, search!
