Salon Privé at Tateossian
Yesterday we were invited to a champagne reception for the Salon Prive at Tateossian, at their amazing Conduit street store.
The family owned business was formed in 1990, originally set up as a men’s only jewellers. Specialising in men’s cufflinks, they’ve since expanded their range to include women’s accessories, and have acquired international recognition winning awards and opening stores worldwide. They have also gained a celebrity following, with the likes of David Furnish, Eva Herzigova, Naomi Campbell, Tracey Emin, Neve Campbell, David Gandy, Jamie Cullum and Sophie Dahl, all reported fans of the brand.
Each unique piece is individually handcrafted using innovative materials, including semi-precious stones, pearls and fibre optic glass or made with CRYSTALLIZED™ (Swarovski Elements). Most items are traditionally made in silver, with the new collection crafted in 18-carat gold.
The men’s collection now covers a wide range of accessories: from watches to money clips, rings and necklaces. It’s clear to see why the brand are renowned for their cufflinks, as they have an array of styles available to suit every taste. We especially took a shine to the rarestone editions, which include designs made from diamonds and rose gold, Quartz diamonds and white gold, black diamonds and south sea pearls. We were also impressed by their invisible movement watch in rose gold.
Tateossian’s range of women’s jewellery includes an unusual collection of precious skin chunky cuffs and necklaces, available in a vibrant array of shades. We especially like the chunky rings, such as the diamond dust ring, in gold which contains real white diamond dust!
