Lashes of London: capital cool

Soon to be celebrating its very first birthday, the online fashion boutique Lashes of London seems to be going from strength to strength, and has treated its fans with a gorgeous look book for spring/summer 2013. 

The current collection available on the website is a vibrant mix of neon brights, metallics and bold prints that scream youthfulness, and a fun spirit of not taking yourself or your fashion too seriously. The brand describes its style as “signature London cool, adopted from people and vintage on the street, combined with one-off embellishment and beading, [giving] Lashes their own distinct stamp”. 

The SS13 preview continues with their trend-heavy and risk-taking aesthetic, whilst also incorporating the popular spring pastels, girlish charm and dreamy, Lolita-inspired silhouettes. A variety of cut-outs, layers of lace and sweetheart necklines make the pieces ultra-feminine, whilst continuing to be trend-heavy, statement styles that won’t fail to get you noticed. 

The website also boasts a variety of press features, showing where their designs have been worn and celebrated, as well as a large selection of personal photos from fashion bloggers who give the customer great inspiration for styling the clothes in a realistic and wearable way.
