Breathe life into your wardrobe: Lulwa Al Amin

Breathe life into your wardrobe: Lulwa Al Amin

Inspired from an early age by her mother’s love for fashion, Lulwa Al Amin has used her passion and talent to bring us strikingly unique and graceful garments essential to any woman’s wardrobe.

Born and raised in Bahrain, Lulwa Al Amin founded her clothing label in 2010 after moving to London to complete her studying six years earlier. Whilst she originally planned to focus on womenswear, her professors at Central Saint Martin’s recognised her strengths and encouraged her to pursue textile design. Her first collection, which launched in 2011, exhibited her skills flawlessly with its distinctive prints and rich, eye-catching colours. It paved the way for her next two collections that have demonstrated even further her forte in textile design and her commitment to creating unfailingly beautiful garments.

Whilst each of her collections and each individual garment is a unique, trend-driven expression of her creativity, they are all designed and crafted with the same inspiration Lulwa has taken from the beauty she sees in places such as Paris, Los Angeles, Forte Dei Marmi, and of course Bahrain.
