LFW – Burberry Prorsum A/W 2013 collection
The ultimate of the fashion world did not fail to disappoint on Monday. The Burberry Prorsum catwalk show was better than anyone could have ever imagined and did not fail to overwhelm even the most A-list of celebrities.
Models including Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn walked down the runway held at Kensington Gardens to live music that included a piano, a cello and revealed a choir half through the show.
The FROW was just as impressive and included the likes of Rita Ora, Oscar-winning director Tom Hooper, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Victoria Pendleton and Kate Beckinsale.
Animal print was used throughout the collection and teamed with bold autumnal colours. There was also a substantial use of stripes, adding dashes of colour to dresses. Neutral, earthy tones were matched with delicate shades of brown in jumpers and skirts.
We can’t forget to mention the handbags which were big and beautiful in true Burberry style. Decorated in matching animal prints, they are a must have for the new season.
