LFW – Haizhen Wang A/W 2013 collection

Being the final show on the schedule for London Fashion Week AW13, Haizhen Wang knew that he had to make an impact. After winning the Fashion Fringe award last year, Wang’s name definitely created a buzz with press and fashion fans alike.

With endless queues outside the British Fashion Council show space, it was evident that Haizhen is a designer in demand and what was in store would not fail to impress.

Head-pieces were what Wang’s collection were all about, with visor-style caps being worn by every model. A futuristic, fun style came through with bold shades of orange and navy being used with khaki and grey adding a slightly more heritage feel. Interesting reworked outerwear and huge lengthy bomber jackets made this AW13 one that we won’t be able to forget for a long time to come.
