The London based ethical fashion Label: Good One

Good One is a London based independent fashion label created by Nin Castle, which specialises in pieces designed using upcycling.

Castle was inspired to create an ethical clothing collection after incorporating sustainable sources of materials for her final collection at university.

The Good One label reflects contemporary London’s modern designs and aesthetics in its apparel. An intelligent approach is taken to design the garments and the label is constantly looking for new concepts in style while addressing the environmental impact of the industry.

We recently saw the current collection showcased in Somerset House, at London Fashion Week, and instantly fell in love.

Since Good One’s launch in 2006, the brand has been featured in magazines such as Vogue and Stylist and has been involved in countless ethical projects, including an ASOS capsule collection. The label was shortlisted at the Re-Fashion Awards for the RE:Fashion New Designer of the Year Award in 2008.

Nin Castle’s goal is to create sustainable produced products that look sexy, strong and easy to wear.  All the garments have casual easiness, so that they can be worn day-to-day.
