PFW – H&M A/W 2013 collection
It wasn’t Chanel we were eagerly awaiting to see, nor Dior, but everyone’s favourite high street staple, H&M. Everyone was anxiously waiting in the Musèe Rodin to see what the collection had to offer and whether we would be coveting any of the pieces for our own wardrobes. The front row was no stranger to the A-list as usual, this time we had Emma Roberts and Ashley Olsen to name but a few.
As the collection began to be revealed, we certainly were in for a treat. The runway was set to look like a 70s Paris based apartment with lavish decorations and interesting embellishments.
We saw tailored pieces and dresses aplenty but with a real, masculine and edgy feel. Everything was effortless chic and the 60s knee high boots made another appearance.
We particularly loved this simple, classic ensemble that is just screaming to be accessorised with pretty statement necklaces and a bracelet or two.
We also loved this outfit modelled by everyone’s favourite model Cara Delevingne which saw plenty of sheer panelling and glitzy beading.
We absolutely love the simplicity of the entire show, but with elegant and classy touches throughout and we are definitely looking forward to rocking an all black ensemble again.
The collection hits the stores on September 5th.
