Actress Bérénice Marlohe turns her talents to fashion

It’s always exciting when somebody new tries a hand in the world of fashion. Most recently has been the turn of French actress Bérénice Marlohe, one of the James Bond girls from Oscar-winning film Skyfall.  The beautiful actress has teamed up with international luxury brand Escada – a company excelling in women’s designer clothing – that has a presence in over 60 countries. Bérénice herself played a major role in designing the dress alongside creative director of the company, Daniel Wingate.

Opposed to many stars that have put their names to an entire collection, Bérénice has opted to put all her attention into perfecting one piece. Resulting in a pale pink, kaftan-style silk dress complete with an abstract print, including lotus flowers. Perfect for summer, we think it would be an ideal addition to any holiday wardrobe.

The profits from sales of the dress are to be donated to Lotus Outreach International. The organisation works for the health and education of women and children who are exploited and at risk throughout India and Cambodia.
