Introducing Florie Willow Jewellery: the perfect way to say hello to summer!

We all love jewellery that has meaning behind it – whether it has been passed on, bought by somebody special or represents something important. It’s always nice to have a story to tell – something to separate it from everything else out there, especially as today so many shops sell similar and mass-produced items. That’s what we love about independent jewellery label Florie Willow, and why we’d like to introduce you to them!

The lady behind the brand is the young and ambitious Laura Ball. We asked what inspired her to create Florie Willow and she told us that she’d always been a creative person, taking the opportunity to paint or draw at any free moment. Having a BA (Hons) in Fine Art gave her the knowledge and know-how to market a creative business. Many of her botanical paintings received a great response and she said it was simply the next step. 

We asked Laura what made Florie Willow different from competitors and she explained how hard she works to ensure the brand is as ethical as humanly possible, right down to her studio paint and light bulbs! In the near future Laura hopes to take her designs further, selling merchandise such as notebooks and canvas bags, and here at The Upcoming we can’t wait!

Florie Willow Jewellery is cute, delicate and vintage-inspired. Laura’s passion for nature, ceramics and painting is clear to see throughout the collection.
