The finest in the fragrance industry gathered for the FiFi Awards 2013
Last night The Brewery in London was the host to the 2013 FiFi UK Fragrance Awards and along with industry expects, press and celebrities The Upcoming went along to find the winners out first hand.
While waiting for everyone to arrive we were treated to a champagne reception while listening to the amazing voice of the Savoy’s Matthew vanKan. The awards, which are often seen as the Oscars of the fragrance world, were overseen by the glamorous Natasha Kaplinsky dressed in an elegant red Jenny Packham dress. She was joined on stage over the course of the evening by various famous faces including Ola Jordan, Nancy Dell’Olio, Spencer Matthews and Camilla Dallerup with her husband, Kevin Sacre.
As we ate we were treated to a performance by the band Stooshe, who were as good to watch as they were to listen to. The three girls all have their own styles and looked amazing while singing their back record of popular and new singles.
The main event however was the actual awards and there were some surprise winners in a couple of categories. A number of brands even managed to scoop more than one of the sought after awards.
