Emily Tonkin’s new tennis wear line 30:fifteen is creating a stir
Young designer Emily Tonkin is definitely creating a stir with her new tennis range. She has started a brand new range on tennis wear for women, at the age of 25. Her goal was to create some affordable, stylish pieces which were innovative in design and this then led to the creation of 30:fifteen.
This debut collection is all tennis inspired. You will notice that the active wear collection consists of tops, dresses and skirts, moving away from the boring traditional tennis outfit.
The collection is simply divided into four personas, this includes Anna, Sue, Jane and Altheia. There are a total of six looks, shapes and cuts which helps flatter different body shapes. This is brilliant news as women of different shapes can enjoy the brand and it also suits everyone’s style.
The Altheia dress consists of one sleeveless dress which is available in three colours, which include blue, pink and purple. The stylish dress has colourful stripes running horizontally across the dress.
The Anna collection consists of a one-dress, top and skirts which are also available in three colours. This collection has bold chunky stripes on individual garments. The primary colour in this collection is white.
The Sue collection consists of a dress, skirt and top in three colour-ways. The primary colours are both white and black. The black hue is truly stunning amongst the diagonal coloured stripes.
Each individual piece is made in the UK of a high standard with great attention to detail, so you can get a good performance on the court and feel great and confident. This brand is already a hit with celebrities like Judi Shekoni and Michelle Obama who seem to be a fan. With only a couple of months in launching her line, it has been featured in many publications from Tatler, Marie Claire and Women’s Fitness who all seem to praise the brand. Now every woman around the world can enjoy this collection. So all sports lovers keep your eye on this new fashionable brand!
