Lynx Deep Space Apollo Space Academy launch night
Lynx launched their new Deep Space shower gel and spray product last night whilst showcasing the Apollo theme they currently have for their Apollo Space Academy.
The evening was set in an underground space bunker Apollo Space Station in a hidden building; Ambika P3 in Baker Street. There were space cadets who directed everyone through the arena as if it was an evacuation. People then entered the Decontamination Chamber with cleansing scents of herbaceous, eucalyptus, cardamom and wood that makes up the fragrance of the Deep Space gel/spray.
The Deep Space heat release fragrance and has a modern edge with the easy-to-use packaging that resembles a rocket.
The eerie atmosphere was the perfect setting for out of space. People were split into teams and raced through a course and won prizes. As the drinks were flowing the new Lynx spray and gel were placed all around the room and there was a machine spraying the new sexy Deep Space fragrance. The night was hosted by Sky Sports presenter Space Captain Charlie Webster who joined in the fun. The setting of the missions and races related back to the masculine brand and contained a Launch Pad and Particle Extractor testing speed and agility.
The night was to launch the new products but also promote the Apollo Space launch. There will be a showcase in Westfield from 13th-14th July for people to participate in the same activities as yesterday’s event. If you’ve seen the advertisements that Lynx are pushing recently with the Lynx Space Academy set up by astronaut Buzz Aldrin, one lucky winner will be chosen to be sent into space.
Over 85,000 people entered the competition and the next stage is to compete in high adrenaline challenges. The top 250 finalists will compete at LSA Live London’s Westfield Shopping Centre, Shepherd’s Bush, to become the final four. Four semi-finalists will then be taken to NASA Space Camp in Florida to compete for the winner’s place.
Lynx Deep Space shower gel and spray is sold nationwide and available now.
