Lush voted Number 1 for Best Cosmetics and Toiletries

Based on customer reviews and thoughts, Which? carried out a survey aiming to discover the shop that most people enjoy going in to. 82% of customers had chosen Lush as the shop that they are most satisfied with, which was delightful news to the staff and managers at the company.

Established and based in Poole, Lush has been running for 18 years with branches all across the world. Its aims are to create cosmetic products which are handmade and which uses natural sources, and then it aims to bring it to the market and sell it to customers. The pioneering company also aims to prevent over-packaging, as they strongly believe in recycling and reusing, and so they sell their products without any excess packaging.

 

With this in mind, Lush has certainly fulfilled its promises and has lived up to its standard of creating fresh, natural products and its dedication to provide excellent customer service. Sales assistants are driven by the morals and standards of the company, as they are against animal testing and they support Fair Trade and Community Trade. With such initiatives, customers are easily drawn to its profound ethics and morals.

The smiles and the cheerful expressions also attract people, as sales assistants are passionately aware of all customers’ wants, needs and requirements. One customer had stated that not only the colours, smell and aroma keeps them coming back, but also the smiles and dedicated services.

Although the company has expanded dramatically and although they have won several awards, Lush remains a modest and small business, and strongly believes in customer satisfaction and providing customers with the best products on the market. With other competitors on the high street, Lush has survived the battle and is still standing strong in its core beliefs and aims. With interesting and attractive names such as Fizzing Bath Ballistic and Shower Jellies, it is no wonder people are curious to test out these products.
