Collaboration with Charlotte Taylor and Anthropologie
Young and upcoming British fashion designer, Charlotte was described as “the one to watch”. In 2010 she was approached by the exclusive Anthropologie who had asked her to create a diffusion line, which was to be sold in their stores across the world.
This was when the Charlotte Taylor label had really kicked off. Fast forward three years, Charlotte is creating interior design for the same company, who take pride in her work.
With the successful collaboration of the clothing range, now highly recognised Charlotte Taylor has once again teamed up with the lifestyle brand, Anthropologie, to produce fabulous and rare homeware items. With Charlotte’s strong beliefs, to stand out, one has to try and dissolve in the crowd and will mean that her creations will be unique and it will definitely stand out in the shelves.
The second collaboration with Anthropologie means that the young designer is already fully aware of the unique and elaborative style of the American company. She is renowned for her style of adaption and then tailoring it to the needs and requirements of different companies and artists.
As this is her first step into the world of interior design, away from fashion and clothes, Charlotte could discover other passions and other ways of exploring art, design and creativity. The bold and brave step into this industry will create flair of interior knowledge and interior art. Like her clothing range, she will create homeware which will be at the forefront of interior design.
The beginning of September will see the launch of four silk pillows, which will carry her statements prints. The key details of retro robots, penguins and grannies will create mysteriousness, which supports her beliefs of creating unknown and strange fashion. Ranging from £98 and only available in Anthropologie, these pillows will add a touch of elegance and rare beauty to the home.
