BB, CC and now the DD Crème

All of us beauty conscious girls have heard of the wonders of the tinted moisturisers, the BB Cream and CC Cream, and the amazing effect it is supposed to have on our skin. The BB Cream promised to act as a blemish balm, while the CC Cream smoothed out skin tone and corrected skin colour. Confusing as it may sound, there could be more lettered tinted moisturisers in the pipeline. So what’s next in store?

American nail polish brand, Julep Maven, had recently launched its new cream on their online website. Named the DD Crème, it has both the qualities of a BB Cream and a CC Cream with an added effect. Yes, you read that right. The DD Crème is now being sold to avid customers who are eager to try out the new range, and to discover the mystery behind the lettered creams and to find out the differences.

Julep Maven’s DD Crème promises to act as a “dynamic do-all makeup that goes beyond BB crème to moisturise, prime, perfect, and protect − both instantly and over time”.  What really sets it apart from a BB and CC cream is the added effects of the two anti-ageing ingredients.
