LFW – Krystof Strozyna S/S 2014 collection

Krystof Strozyna’s spring/summer 2014 collection delivered a selection of fresh, feminine designs that, though simple in their lines, made an impressive impact on the catwalk.

Using a colour palette of bright yellows, greens and blues against a backdrop of grey and white, Strozyna’s collection has wide appeal. With a striking yet simple lip design subtly featured on many items in the collection, Krystof Strozyna displays great skill in keeping her designs minimal yet high impact.

Indeed, on first glance the designs look very simple and elegant yet when looked at in closer detail, edgy detailing in the form of an outline of a set of lips, either cut into the design or incorporated with the use of colour contrasts, adds a second dimension to the collection.

The stand-out piece of the collection was a white maxi dress with purple colour detailing. Skimming the model’s body, the dress had a gorgeous fluidity to it that would suit almost every figure.

Overall, a very impressive line.
