Kate Moss’ last 25 years in fashion shown in new exhibition
Age is often an awkward subject, especially for women. Twenty-one is great, but 30, 40 and every decade’s celebration after that, may be a little bitter sweet. For one woman however, age really is just a number.
This January the gorgeous – and wrinkle-free – Kate Moss is facing the big 4-0.
To celebrate the occasion, artist Russell Marshall has created a photography exhibition looking at Moss’ oh so fashionable life.
The show, entitled 40, is a unique retrospective of Moss through both images and words. Marshall has secured the rights to ten photos taking the model from ages 14-40. Using the images the artist has created unique canvases in bold colours to create a stunning visual storybook of Moss’ career.
If you would like to take home a piece of the collection, each image will be available in a variety of colourways, with a possible 100 combinations. Images on canvas, prints or etched on to steel, will be stamped and signed by the artist.
Marshall’s former career of ten years as an art director for one of Britain’s daily papers has seen him work with Moss and watch her grow over time. Marshall remembers that barely a week passed that didn’t have the model appearing in the paper. In his view Moss grows bigger, brighter and more iconic each year.

The exhibition will be on show from 16th January at the Imitate Modern Gallery, London. Prices for the images range from £250-£8,000.
