Mimi Fasi catwalk show report for LFW A/W 2014

Mimi Fasi catwalk show report | LFW A/W 2014

Understated, monotone, dull: if three words could sum up this collection, those would most definitely not be them. Fasi’s new collection is overflowing with 60s colour and passion, upon structured outfits and luxurious fabrics. Something that will definitely stand out from the autumnal crowd.

Most items were fitted, so flattering and complementary to the feminine shape. With the bright colours in all the right places only to help the fit out further, these pieces are not for the faint- hearted – if you are prepared to be loud then go wild. The colours and patterns clash, the tones are turned up to the max, but all the while the clothing still manages to pull off a delicate feminine touch.

Whether it’s geometric patterns, clashing lines or block bright colour, all of the outfits and pieces are individual and personal to the wearer. V-necklines, hip-positioned pockets and pencil skirts seem to be the main theme among it all, but have a splash of excitement added to them.

The clothing glistens with colour and happiness, exactly the colour burst we all needed.
