MFW – Laura Biagiotti A/W 2014 collection
Classic, elegant and strong: this is the woman portrayed by Laura Biagiotti. The beautiful new autumn/winter 2014 collection was presented at the Piccolo Teatro Studio with spectacular scenography.
In this time of crisis, with globalisation and experimentalism, the brand presented a collection that reaffirms a return to order and return to the future.
The meticulous attention to the choice of fabrics is amazing: the knit, the braid in cashmere, prints on chiffon are also impressed and blown up on a fur trompe l’oeil.
The handmade pieces are luxurious, and the rediscovery of the classical forms of masculine cuts are absolutely sensual. Each piece tells a story depending on how you wear it.
The reversible coats in wool mouflon have geometric and round shapes. Bright, neutral colours coexist in total harmony with modern metallic accessories. Materials and fine shades of colour show timeless fashion, both ancient and modern.
