Tom Davies launches flagship eyewear store in Sloane Square
The 20th March 2014 became host to a launch of a brand new British bespoke eyewear store, Tom Davies. Known for offering only the best of luxury, unique eyewear through different opticians around the world, Tom Davies’ self-titled brand opened its doors for the first time to display walls full of eyewear elegance.
Having created glasses for some of the most influential people in the world, Tom’s south London-based store oozes class. It plays host to a wealth of luxury frames made from materials such as buffalo horn and 24ct gold, creating some of the most phenomenal glasses you can lay your hands on.
The frames themselves are designed by hand to suit the facial features of each buyer. In addition to this, Tom’s bespoke designing technique also gives thought to a person’s lifestyle, making his work truly outstanding.
The store is also home to innovative state of the art ZEISS equipment, which guests, at the opening, were given a private viewing to. Guests at the event included Heston Blumenthal, Simon Phillips, Made In Chelsea’s Oliver Proudlock alongside other esteemed visitors, and were treated to food by Mosimann’s fine dining, making it a truly exquisite event.
