Press day: HPR London showcase incredible A/W 2014 lines

Last Thursday HPR opened their doors to showcase their fabulous clients’ A/W 2014 lines and gave spectators a wonderful treat.

We were firstly greeted by the truly stunning work of Anabela Chan, a jewellery designer who creates stunning and colourful creations using semi-precious stones. There was inspiration from birds in this collection, using the colours of beautiful parrots and even using some of their feathers. Stunning.

Bambi and Manson brought out their delicious denim in beautiful, colourful arrays. The boyfriend and girlfriend duo hand dye and make each pair of shorts by hand, so each one is pretty unique. This season isn’t any different with crazy tie-dye colors and strategically placed rips. They are absolutely gorgeous. 

Hilda Maher’s A/W 2014 line is a stunning array of hot pinks, royal blues and stunning prints all shaped up in brilliantly shaped dresses and two-pieces. The skirts in this collection are all knee-length and lower, and some even floor-length that go perfectly with her wide-sleeved tops. One of our favourites for autumn and winter for definite. 

Shoe powerhouse Melissa has teamed up with designers again to create beautiful shoes! Some of our favourites were definitely the Karl Lagerfeld partnership which feature shoes with glittery lips and cute hands on them! The long-term partnership of Melissa and Vivienne Westwood is still going strong, with another dazzling design by them both, keeping the theme of the “jelly” shoe. 

Reckless Wolf has had their best line yet with their strappy lingerie. Missing panels, straps in amazing places and gorgeous garters are keeping with the new make-over that lingerie has recently been put through. The best lingerie we’ve seen this season by far.

The Pretty Dress Company have, like always, stunned us with their pure elegance and girly-ness in their new A/W 2014 line. Wonderful floral prints on classic cut dresses, and sophisticated LBDs to die for! This year they have also brought out gorgeous floor-length gowns and wonderful two-pieces that you could easily wear casually, or on a night out. Their creative feminine collection is for all ages and for all occasions and is truly magnificent.

Zeynep Kartal had a truly unbelievable line: stunning sequin gowns, superb blue velvet jumpsuits, burgundy suits, and angelic white and gold glorious dresses were just a sample of the pure luxury Kartal has designed.  It was a definite favourite among stylists and journalists alike, and is certainly a favourite of ours. 

These were just the tip of the ice berg of what HPR have in store for the autumn and winter. We are certainly going to be looking glorious in the cold months ahead.
