Press day: Surgery PR show off A/W 2014 magnificence

Last week Surgery PR showcased some of what the fashion world have to offer with stunning collections from their clients. From wacky faux furs to unbelievable designer revamps, it was a wonderful array of amazing designs and beautiful fabrics.

One of the biggest surprises was what Paul’s Boutique had been up to in their design houses. The once wacky and outlandish name have relaunched themselves, creating absolutely outstanding and sophisticated bags but still keeping their crazy colours in parts.

The elegant handbag collections are an array of beautiful blues and greys, gorgeous sharp shapes and pretty prints. Their wacky side comes out in hot pinks, amazing oranges and their enticing use of animal prints.

From clutches to totes and everything in between, Paul’s boutique have created a bewitching collection that will bring elegance to any outfit for any woman. It’s almost like PB have matured in their designs, absolutely exquisite!

Footwear favourites Seven Boot Lane have brought out a wonderful range of their amazing quality and understated designs, creating boots, flats and heels in their Somerset, bohemian staple, while still keeping their remarkable quality.

Our favourites include the divinely shaped “Blaise” flats, a twist on the classic slipper look, but with a quirky front coming in charcoal, blue, grey and khaki leopard print suede.

Another is the Seven Boot Lane cowboy “Annie” ankle boots. (I mean come on, who can resist a pair of bohemian, chic cowboy boots?) Also available in blue and rust suede and charcoal and natural leather, they’re a definite must-have for the festival season. Every pair in the collection will look wonderful on any feet.

Award-winning London-based couture swimwear label SUMARIE have brought out sublime designs. Their two-pieces are timeless with a twist of futuristic charm, and will make any beach-goer look like they have just walked off the runway. The cut designs in the one-pieces are spectacular, using stunning hot pinks, paired with black and white, with square features that are carried through with matching beach bags and leggings. A real stunning collection.

Menswear designer Oliver Spencer’s A/W 2014 collection will make any man look like a gentleman, bringing out classic prints like tweed and tartan into amazingly made designs, in the form of jackets, shirts and trousers, and their shoes and boots are to die for. A very warm autumn feel flows through the rail with soft browns and beautiful reds, all wonderfully designed in classic pieces. Any man will stand out in the pieces.

Kaushal Niraula’s daring designs didn’t disappoint this season, with his classic hot pink collars still appearing under incredible tailored suits that are pushing the boundaries in men’s luxury wear. Their coats are to die for, with check patterns in blue, baby pink and grey, plus classic pale browns – pure sophistication and luxury.

Surgery PR’s quality reputation didn’t cease to amaze, with an array of magnificent clients, whose designs push the boundaries of the fashion world while keeping classic tones and stunning shapes. We can see our want list getting longer and longer!
