Our top duster coat picks for this summer

The weather still hasn’t quite made its mind up yet and here at The Upcoming, we are finding it tricky to quite get our layering right.  Wear a cardigan and it’s way too hot, but wear no coat at all and it is guaranteed that the heavens will open, resulting in a very wet hair do and soaking clothes.
