Face Gym: A true work out for your face
An alternative to Botox and fillers, Face Gym is the latest beauty experiment to help stop ageing and keep your face in tip-top condition. Having just launched in Selfridges this past week, the Face Gym concept is ideal for both men and women and is set to take the beauty, health and fitness world by storm.
Creator of the Face Gym idea, Inge Theron spent four years travelling the world and on her travels she was inspired by many beauty secrets; the new and exciting as well as the traditional and established. After many insightful trips she started to craft her very own notion that would soon become what we all know today as Face Gym.
From Bobby Klein’s Empress Facial in Tulum to Joelle Ciocco’s Epidermologue, Theron was filled to the brim with beauty secrets that made her question, why don’t we tone the muscles on our face like we tone the muscles everywhere else on our body? We are constantly toning and tightening our bodies at the gym but our faces never get a look in. With this in mind Theron designed Face Gym: a safe and affordable way to grow old gracefully.
The Face Gym idea combines the classic face massage with a little acupuncture to reveal the ultimate facelift without the surgery. It has been proven that facial muscles are just like muscles everywhere else on the body and with a little TLC can tighten and tone to reveal a healthier looking face.
Starting from just £35, Face Gym is a reasonably priced beauty treatment that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and fresh-faced. Comprising of a warm-up, cardio, strength and cool down, Face Gym will be part of the Selfridges “Beauty Project” and is available in-house.
