Transform your nails with Js Utopia
It’s easy to put on a coat of nail varnish to transform your nails, but what if you could make them even more interesting? Well, with these nail transfers you can.
Js Utopia is the company created by Jokimanisu, a designer and also a green lover. She was born and raised in Hong Kong and graduated with a degree in product design. Upon graduation she worked as a household product designer in Hong Kong for a couple of years. Throughout the process of designing and producing the products, she understood the reality that there are tons of materials being wasted before a product can actually be put into production. Wastage produced throughout the mass production process was another issue. These made Jokimanisu rethink what they were doing and what they should be doing. Eventually, Jokimanisu decided to start up her own brand and to design and make them in ways she desired.
Js Utopia is a small eco product shop based in Hong Kong. By designing and making her own products, she can ensure they can be classified as eco-friendly in all levels. Although Js Utopia is aimed at making stereoscopic eco gifts while it was established, it turns out the first item to succeed in Js Utopia was a paper product, the designer nail sticker that was inspired by Jokimanisu’s cat. Ever since then, designer nail stickers became the hottest line for Js Utopia. Many bloggers have reported on the brand because of the variations and uniqueness of the nail stickers, but the happiest moments Js Utopia has brought for Jokimanisu are the compliments from the customers about the products.
There are some great nail stickers on their Etsy site. The doll nail stickers are really cute if you love all things kitsch. If you love animals, you’ll love the goldfish stickers. If you’re looking for something for summer, these ice-cream nail stickers are pretty. If you love all-over print on your nails, you’ll love these floral nail stickers – very Kath Kidston.
Jokimanisu has also created transfers especially for the World Cup. They’re not for your nails, but if you want to show your support they’re great to put on your face. They’re easy to apply and remove, and the colour doesn’t run in the hot weather.
Jokimanisu is clearly very green in her thinking, but what inspires her to create her stickers? “My family provides me with strength; Mother Nature provides me with inspiration. I have endless ideas with their love.”
