Father’s Day gift guide: Time to give something back
It’s that time of year again when the celebration of one of the parents is upon us; in comparison to all the other holidays, this one calls trumps. To combat your complete and utter loss of ideas, and to prevent the duplicated DVDs, we’ve come up with the perfect gift guide:
Watch
Some may not want to spend this much, but for those that do there are many great selections that you can choose from, including a great collection from Police.
Sunglasses
Although it may not always looks like it, summer is on the horizon, so some brand new sunglasses could be the ideal present. Choose from brands such as Ray-Ban (aviators and wayfarers are always winners), or go with something less expensive like Sheriff and Cherry.
Clothing
This may sound like an obvious choice, but classic “dad” clothing can be found from Woolovers for jumpers, Joules for gilets, Charles Tyrwhitt for shirts and Tie Rack for, well you know.
Specifics
Every father has a hobby, whether it’s gardening, running, motorbikes, there’s always something. So why not get them something to do with this that they’ll really enjoy? Could be gimmicky, could be genuine, either way they know you care.
The list (last option)
This is an “if all else fails” option, but when times get tough sometimes it’s easier just to get them to make a list. If you wanted to shake it up then maybe get a variation of what they’ve said, but if your dad is notoriously hard to buy for, then you can always try to surprise him at Christmas…
So when buying presents has you in a complete and utter mind conundrum, go to the trusty gift guide and we’re sure you will be remembered this year, and not for forgetting a present.
