Shore Projects: cute coastal watches inspired by British beach life
A new British watch brand has arrived and they create delightful timepieces inspired by a lovely British seaside – meet Shore Projects.
The brand was started up by a group of friends who noticed they all had one thing in common: none of them wore watches. Realising it was because they could not find a suitable day-to-day watch, they created Shore Projects.
Their latest collection is the perfect range for summer with a charming theme match: the British seaside. There are four pieces to choose from in Project 1 and they are all wonderfully named after our favourite seaside resorts: Poole, Whitstable, Portland and St Ives.
Poole has a powder blue strap reminiscent of oceanic colours with a white face and a brushed silver look. Whitstable has the same brushed silver but with a richer midnight blue strap and a charcoal face – a darker look but still suitable for daywear. Portland has a brilliantly bright mint green strap with brushed gold metal and a white face, and finally we have St Ives which has a moss green strap with a charcoal face and brushed gold.
All of the watches have a stainless steel case with scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass and only the best Swiss parts are used to bring the stunning designs to life.
You can see the inspiration behind every product and it’s great to see a patriotic company coming up with beautiful pieces.

The watches cost £85 each and are available to buy online, world-wide shipping is an option and as an added bonus the watches are water resistant to 10 ATM – which means a dip in the sea won’t hurt them!
