Sarah Jessica Parker launches her second shoe collection

After the success of her first footwear range earlier this year the ultimate “shoe gal” is back with her second set and it’s a season perfect mix of ankle boots, stilettos and T-bar heels.

It was only a matter of time before one of the lovely ladies from the Sex and the City series created something in relation to fashion and it came as no surprise that the opportunity fell into the lap of the show’s leading actress Sarah Jessica Parker.

Once again SJP has paired up with Manolo Blahnik designer George Malkemus to create an exciting range of shoes that are, this time, inspired and named after her very own friends.

Sex and the City fashion mastermind and the genius behind all of Carrie’s fabulous outfits Patricia Field receives acknowledgement in the form of a knee high black boot with a stiletto heels and cut-out detailing named the Pat boot, further credit goes to her hairstylist Serge Normant with a sleek pair of black heeled ankle boots fondly named Serge.

The classic Carrie T-bar is back and has a rivalry in the form of Blythe, a simple yet chic blue T-bar with a delicate heel and intricate detailing on the toe. SJP no doubt took into account the up-and-coming autumn and winter months as she injected a beautiful pair of lace up booties in a rich berry shade as well as a pair of pointed silver heeled pumps that will be perfect for all those Christmas parties.

SJP has also designed a few handbags for this collection, a slouchy New Yorker hobo for a laid-back casual look and the Greenwich  tote which will smarten up any outfit.

Just like last time the collection will be available at Nordstrom, both in store and online and prices remain the same varying from $220-$695 (£136-£432).
