The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2016: Interviews with the chefs
Last night in New York City, chef Massimo Bottura’s Osteria Francescana was elected the best restaurant in the world. It was a night of celebration as the biggest international players in the food industry gathered to hear the 2016 list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
