UK Michelin star restaurants 2017: Full list and map

The wait is over, as Michelin has once again unveiled their definitive list of extraordinary restaurants, covering more than two dozen countries and thousands of establishments.

In the new guide for Great Britain and Ireland, London earned a few one-Michelin-star restaurants – a mix of classics such as the Ritz and Veeraswamy, and East London newcomers Ellory and Pidgin  – whereas for more high-profile new entries we have to look at Bray, where the Fat Duck returned with three stars, and Darlington, where Raby Hunt conquered two.

We’ve taken all these establishments, listed and put them on a map for you.
