Anastasiia Ivanova’s autumn/winter 2017 collection had a number of chic and comfortable sun dresses with floral prints and a calm colour scheme.
The first maxi dress played with angles and shapes at the bottom layer. The shape of asymmetrical triangles dominated the look as the rest of the dress was a simple royal blue. A similar one came in suede, with a turtleneck top, falling just below the knees. The other was borderline trench coat with its crisp collar and skinny waist brought together by a cream-coloured belt. These were worn with open toed heel with a thick strap across the ankle.
Beautiful maxi dresses featured floral and leaf designs in several variations. The designer mostly played with the lengths of these dresses as some fell at uncommon places, and others had an exclusive and unique fit at the bottom. One in particular was a halter top that fell between the ankle and the foot, others fell like T-shirts, and some in the mid-thigh region. Those were the more consistent variations that Ivanova explored in this collection.
