American Music Awards 2018: Red carpet

As we had hoped, the red carpet at this year’s American Music Awards was awash with some of the most stylish, the most innovative and most experimental looks we have seen yet! As the stars flooded in to the celebrated annual event, we were dying to see their chosen looks and they certainly didn’t disappoint!

Ms Swift was a sight to behold as she sparkled along the red carpet in a disco ball-esque dress, pointed thigh high boots and giant, square shaped earrings.

Vanessa Hudgens was the picture of feminine elegance as she arrived at the prestigious awards in a stunning, pastel pink silk gown with a daring yet tasteful plunge neckline.

The Lowlife singer gave us arguably the most memorable look of the night with a faux pink fur gown complete with train and a sheer waist panel. Her choice of accessories was no less adventurous as she finished off her outfit with a black latex face mask which concealed the lower half of her face.

Camila Cabello showed off her curves in a chic, all black ensemble. She wore fitted black trousers with a black jewel encrusted corset, peep-toe heels and a delicate clutch bag.

Bebe Rexha gave us all a Marilyn Monroe moment in a structured black and silver sequin gown with a sexy thigh high split. The star had her hair styled in a curly blonde bob and playfully blew kisses to her adoring fans in true Marilyn style.

It would have been near on impossible to miss Cardi B on the red carpet. Wearing a floral Dolce & Gabbana ball gown with a fitted corset, voluminous floor length skirt and a sizable head piece to match, the talented artist gave us a warming glimpse of spring at this chilly autumn event.

Jennifer Lopez wowed in a gorgeous, hot pink cut out gown in-keeping with the most popular colour choice for many of the night’s attendees.

Rita Ora stunned in a floor length, floral fit and flair gown with a plunging neckline, and trumpet style skirt.

Ashlee pulled her blonde locks in to a stylish top knot so as not to steal any attention away from her beautiful blue sequin gown.

Carrie Underwood looked absolutely breathtaking in a floor length, velvet cold shoulder gown adorned with delicate gold embroidery. The country music star accessorised with complementing gold heels and jewellery.
