Shopyte autumn/winter 2019 collection catwalk show for LFW
Meticulous artistry was on show this morning as Shopyte presented their silk experience collection at the Freemason’s Hall in Covent Garden, expanding upon the structural style seen in previous seasons.
The latest offering gives an impression of fierce femininity, of a woman so secure of herself and her accomplishments that there is nothing she cannot manage.
The figures are characterised by saturated colours, plaid and strong shapes. Blocks of dark and dust pink, and well as the occasional cream, denote a confidence that is impossible not to admire.
The clothing has been created for comfort and practicality, yet it stands out from the crowd, fit for a high-flying perfectionist. The fabrics are sleek, fitted at the torso with flow and elasticity on the bottoms. The single pieces were complemented by over-the-knee boots, while a band of the same colour adorned the model’s shiny, perfectly trimmed hair.
The spirit behind this collection is determined and ambitious, the finishing details well-designed but leaving room for the wearer to breathe and to be her fabulous self. Sleeves and embroidery have been carefully selected, assuring elegant movement, comfort, softness and delicacy.
