Kalissi autumn/winter 2019 collection catwalk show for LFW

The Autumn/Winter 2019 collection by Kalissi, titled Roial, is inspired by the opulent Austrian imperialist period, Kaiserlich and Konglish. The line boasts lavish and rich details, pearls and ruffles juxtaposed by contemporary shapes and bright, youthful colours. A sense of humour mixed with an air of the aristocratic creates the unconventional signature of the new collection. The bright pinks and oranges combine in a happy, playful way, without the garments losing their feminity.

The show comes with a surprise factor, as if every piece is calling to be part of a big, fabulous party. One soft, doll-like look recalls the nostalgia of childhood, reminding us of the miniature house we used to play with for hours on end.

Kalissi boasts a unique and extrovert style that is bound to stand out and set itself apart from other luxury fashion brands.

Accessories play a tremendous role in this collection, completing each look. In particular, the furred round hats and turbans are an indispensable part of the overall finish, branded with the letter K and impossible not to notice. These final touches make a strong statement, rendering the label more and more recognisable.
