Zara launches its first full beauty collection
After dipping their toes into the beauty scene with their lipstick collection in 2019, Zara’s new launch marks the first full beauty line from the high street heavyweight.
Launching this week, the collection has been created in collaboration with renowned British make-up artist Diane Kendall and includes everything for your eyes, lips, face and nails, totalling a whopping 130 shades.
Lipsticks come in a range of satin, demi-matte and matte finishes as well as nine lip balm shades. A mix of metallic, matte and glitter shades are found in their six-pan eyeshadow palettes, available in five different colourways. There are an incredible 39 nail polish shades, as well as matte liners, four different metallic loose pigments and a vast choice of bronzer and blush trios.
Every piece in the collection is housed in magnetic packaging that is designed to be refilled and reused. The bronzer, blush and highlighter all share the exact same packaging, so when you finish a product you can refill with any other make-up option.
On top of that, all Zara’s beauty products can be recycled in store as part of their eco-friendly programme to recycle them into new products. They’re certified cruelty-free, and nearly all the formulas are vegan-friendly too.
The collection’s tagline, “There is no beauty, only beauties,” is true down to the very core of its products. The array of shades and colours have been designed to complement all skin tones, as shown in the Spanish brand’s vivid and bold campaign shots.
In line with their clothing and homeware, the make-up range is reasonably priced with products ranging from £3.99 to £17.99. The full collection is available online and in select stores.
