Bob Bob Ricard City launches new Josper grill lunch menu

Bob Bob Ricard City, the restaurant famous for its “press for champagne” button and exceptional blend of British and French cuisine, has launched a new Josper grill lunch menu available from Tuesday to Thursday. The addition promises patrons the chance to enjoy a range of mains cooked over a charcoal grill, known for imparting a unique flavour and tenderness to the meat. The menu, perfect for both power lunches and casual gatherings, is set in the heart of the City, offering a glamorous dining experience with dishes priced at £24, inclusive of french fries and a winter leaf salad.

The Josper grill features prominently in offerings such as Grilled Sirloin accompanied by Café de Paris butter, Grilled Poussin, and Grilled Sea Bream with sauce vierge. These mains promise flavorful and juicy bites, a testament to the grill’s charcoal cooking method.

For those looking to start their meal with something special, the restaurant presents a selection of starters including a Dégustation of Three Caviars, Jersey Rock Oysters, Beetroot Salad with horseradish, haddock cream and fried capers, and Steak Tartare with confit egg yolk and baguette croutons. Desserts such as Dark Chocolate Eclair with whipped Guernsey cream filling and Tarte Tatin served with Calvados ice-cream for a sweet ending.

Bob Bob Ricard City also boasts a remarkable wine list, curated by group head Sommelier Giacomo Recchia, featuring classic Burgundy and Cru Classé Bordeaux wines. The list is notable for its generous policy of capping the mark-up on all fine wines at £75, making it a draw for wine enthusiasts.

Located at 122 Leadenhall Street in the iconic Cheesegrater building, Bob Bob Ricard City is conveniently situated near Liverpool Street Station and Shoreditch, with easy access for both lunchtime and evening diners. The restaurant’s design, courtesy of Shayne Brady, complements its luxurious and fun dining experience, continuing the legacy of its Soho-based sister site.

Founded by British entrepreneur Leonid Shutov in 2008 and with interiors designed by the legendary David Collins, Bob Bob Ricard has established itself as a staple of London’s dining scene. Under the culinary direction of Chef Director Ben Hobson, who has been with the restaurant since December 2020, the menu continues to evolve while maintaining its focus on French and British classics.
