Toujours Toi – Family Affairs

Family Affairs is a design label run by mother and daughter Kaya and Nina Egli. At age 20, Kaya opened her first London-based store selling her own designs plus vintage finds, which thrust her into the waves of the big time, and she went on to eventually become the in-house designer for The Beatles’ ‘Apple Shop’ in London. Daughter Nina is head of her own jewellery line, Toujours Toi. With both being artistically inclined and mutually inspired, a collaboration was born, with Kaya based in Switzerland and Nina in New York. The duo remain on similar wavelengths by sending each other inspirational packages of fabrics, colours and scents to inspire new collections and breed new ideas. Collaboratively, their style is simple and delicate with dainty cuts and body-reliant shapes.

Their polka-dotted Scotland Tunic offers a demure approach to an everyday ‘throw-on’. Pair with a denim jacket and ballet flats for an afternoon off, or give it punch for a chic evening out with red lips, pearls and an up-do.
