Beard to Tail, Shoreditch

The popular meat and whiskey bar and restaurant has created a mouth-watering eight-course menu paired with whiskeys and wine; think slow-cooked pork belly, lobster mac and pecan pie. Surrounded by some of London’s best cocktails bars like Callooh Callay, it’s a fantastic location to keep the night going, but don’t forget Beard to Tail are also open for walk-ins if you just fancy cocktails – with no door charge.

Add a bit of Eastern spice to your New Year’s Eve party this year by joining The Bombay Vintage Glam Party at Dishoom from 8pm. Choose from two traditional menus, each starting with a Queen’s Necklace – a luxurious chocolate cherry cocktail, sparkling with the finest Prosecco. If you don’t feel like facing the wrath of the Covent Garden crowds, stay in and party into 2014 to some Bombay-London beats from 10pm.

If you’re after a simple, fiscal-friendly set menu for New Year’s Eve, look no further. Enjoy a delicious three-courses including options of wild mushroom soup with crayfish tails and truffle, line caught sea bass with herb gnocchi and a decadent assiette of chocolate.
