Maison Lejaby celebrates 130th anniversary with pop-up stores
Every girl needs an underwear set that makes her feel like she can rule the world, and Maison Lejaby’s range does just that. The French lingerie brand will be opening several pop-up stores to celebrate their 130th anniversary at the beginning of April – the perfect excuse for a shopping spree.
Maison Lejaby has been making women feel beautiful since 1884 and was one of the first lingerie brands to ever launch. The brand got hold of exclusive rights to Lycra in 1965, and their first Lycra bra has sold over three million units.
Today the brand is still at the forefront of design and innovation and is constantly striving to utilise new fabrics in order to create a lingerie range that’s always moving forward.
From 31st March to 13th April, Maison Lejaby will be taking over Rigby & Peller’s Conduit Street and King’s Road stores and turning them into Parisian-inspired lingerie salons much like their own salons back in France. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience an exhibition of the brand’s original bras and corsets and their vintage advertising material.
Rigby & Peller will stock exclusive styles over the two weeks alongside Maison Lejaby’s main collections and selections from Elixir – the large cup size range. Special events including style advice from Maison Lejaby’s creative team and specialist lingerie fitting will run throughout, and exclusive lingerie gifts will be on offer with every purchase. Customers will also have the opportunity to win one of several trips to Paris.
Those who are unable to travel to the pop-up stores will also be able to enjoy a selection of celebratory promotions that will run online to celebrate the landmark anniversary.
