The next generation of fashion is coming to a store near you
Fashion talent seems to be getting younger and younger. The latest new creative creation comes from five high-school students in Leeds. Together the students – Louis Klineberg, Ava Myers, Daniel Larkin, Zoe Packter, Harrison Pye and Una Ramachandran – part of Allerton High School, designed and developed the new t-shirt brand, “Monochrome”.
The brand, which is due to go live in stores and online this April, is already surrounded by lots of hype and buzz. The students’ Monochrome designs are already planned to be stocked in Britain’s favourite, House of Fraser, as well as Reem Clothing and Footasylum. The clothing line comes as part of the students’ enterprise project of LEAP and as the first to officially stock the new t-shirt brand, Reem Clothing is more than excited. Simon Cohen, creator of Reem Clothing says: “The meeting proved to be very exciting and I was impressed with what the students had created. The name of the business Monochrome was very creative taken from the year it was produced MMXIII and the colour design.”
All the hard work has truly paid off for the dedicated students. April cannot get here any sooner.
