Fendi X Beats by Dre: introducing hand-stitched leather headphones

You may have been wondering which headphones the Fendi models were wearing during the spring/summer 2015 Milan Fashion Week show earlier in the week – they are indeed Beats by Dre! 

Beats are known for their celebrity endorsements and collaborations with Alexander Wang and Rebecca Minkoff; however this is the first time they’ve collaborated with high-end fashion brand Fendi.

The Fendi headphones will be made from the same high-quality, Selleria leather, which they use for their handbags. The headphones will be available in red, blue, black and white. 

The leather is hand-stitched by Fendi artisans, so they’re worth investing in – especially as you will be able to show off those little Fendi Fs embossed on each side. 

You can expect these headphones to set you back approximately $1,300, and according to reports will be released in January 2015, along with Fendi’s spring/summer collection. 

The collection involved a lot of street-wear looks, which were perfectly accessorised with these Fendi headphones. The launch of this product is in tune with societal behaviour; when was the last time you’ve walked out the house without your iPod?
