Valentine’s 2015 date night outfit ideas

Whether heading out for cocktails with the girls or dining in a fancy restaurant with our love this year, we all want to feel glam when it comes to our Valentine’s evening attire. We’ve put together three evening looks that will have you breaking all the boys’ hearts and making all of the ladies green with envy. There is no better time than Valentine’s Day to go out in a little red dress – it is, of course, the colour of love! Go for a vibrant scarlet to make a statement or, if you’d rather not stand out from the crowd, opt for oxblood red. When it comes to adding accessories you can never go wrong with black. It’s versatile and goes perfectly with red. Lace textures and flared skirts can help create a sweet girly look and are great for striking the balance between sexy and cute. 

When it comes to wearing nude and white, no one does it quite like Kim K. We have taken some inspiration from her, as well as a few others, for this style. A super neutral colour palette can look extremely glam and sophisticated. These colours create a polished appearance that is perfect for any date night. If you are going to work the nude colour palette then stick to it: shoes, bag, everything! We mean it, no vibrant colours allowed with this look.

If there is one thing that never goes out of fashion, it’s black. You could opt for a traditional LBD but why not mix things up a little? It is a special occasion after all! We suggest a cute black top and skirt combo to reveal a little flesh but in a totally feminine way. Accents of gold or silver always work well with an entirely black outfit so choose your jewellery wisely. Mix up the textures of your top and skirt to give more allure to your all-black evening attire.
