Lily Allen is Vero Moda’s latest brand ambassador
After months of keeping a relatively low-profile, Lily Allen has signed a contract to become the brand ambassador of Vero Moda, with a year-long campaign.
The musician, who turned 30 earlier this month, is following in the footsteps of fellow Brits Alexa Chung and Poppy Delevingne, who have also collaborated with the Danish brand in the past.
Thomas Bay, head of marketing at Vero Moda, said in a press release: “Lily Allen embodies this attitude and is very much a self-made woman who has gone a long way by simply being who she is. This attitude has a strong appeal to us.” He continued: “Our customers are fashion-conscious and independent young women, who want to dress true to their own style and have fun while doing so.”
The campaign, set to be released in August, was shot in London. Lily looks fantastic in a series of black and white images. Her hair is worn in a platinum bob and her personal edgy style certainly comes through.
